RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

 

Payment - We accept most major credit cards, e-transfer, and cash. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation - Full refund for cancellation up to 7 days before the booking date. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of booking date. If you have a medical or family emergency we can work with you.

Damages - We pre-authorize a $250 security deposit at the time of booking, which is voided when the sauna and accessories are retuned in original condition.

Liability waiver - An electronic waiver agreement will be provided via email following the booking process and must be signed before delivery of the sauna.

RULES FOR USE OF SAUNA

 

Sauna unit must not be moved or towed from the location where it is placed upon delivery.

No smoking, food, or drink inside the sauna.

No pets in the sauna. (Note that pets are much more heat sensitive than people. Your pet will not enjoy sharing the heat of a sauna with you.)

Ensure the fire is out when you are finished your sauna.

Keep animals out by closing the doors of the sauna when you are not in it.

Please keep dirty footwear outside. A $50 cleaning fee will be applied for excessive cleaning.
